"I thought this would help me find..."
I thought this would help me find my own photos, but the wording is misleading. It kept pulling up random people instead of anything from my pictures, so I couldn’t actually find what I was looking for.

"Good Photos, Easy Download"
The photo quality was actually good — clear, bright, and they looked nice overall. A couple of the shots came out a little dark, but I’m still happy with them. Also, downloading everything was easy, which I really appreciated because I didn’t want to mess around with a complicated process.

"Refund came through, but it took a while"
In my experience, I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just felt like the wait was longer than it should have been, which was a bit frustrating for me.

"Order was mostly right"
I mean, overall my order was okay. Most of the photos were exactly what I picked, but one of the prints was different, which was kind of frustrating. I wasn’t sure if it would be a hassle to fix, but support did sort it out after a few days. Not the worst experience, just a little annoying.

I paid for my photos and everything went through on the first try. The card payment loaded fast, and the confirmation email showed up right away. No random extra steps or payment issues, which was really nice. Happy with how smooth it was.

"I got my digital downloads without…"
I got my digital downloads without too much trouble, though the site was a bit slow at first, which was mildly annoying. Once I logged in, the photos were there and easy to save, so that part was fine. The quality looked good too. I’d use it again, but it would be nice if the download page was a little clearer

We brought Magic Memories into our venue, and overall, it’s been a really positive experience. The setup process was straightforward, with the team getting the photo points in place without any major disruption to our usual operations. It felt well organized but still easygoing, which we appreciated. Guests have been able to find and access their photos without much trouble, and the few questions we had at the beginning were answered quickly. All in all, we’re very happy with how it’s worked out.

"Be ready for the photo sales pressure"
Just a heads up for anyone going, the staff were really pushy about the photo package. We just wanted to take a quick look, but they kept trying to upsell us and made it feel super awkward to say no. It kind of spoiled the vibe of the day, especially since the photos were expensive anyway. I wouldn’t bother using them again.

"Packages felt a little too fixed"
The photos turned out nice, but the packages just felt a bit too set in stone. I only wanted a few pictures, not a whole bundle, so it would’ve been nice to have more flexibility to mix and choose what I actually wanted. Overall it wasn’t bad, just a little annoying for the price

"Nice photos, but I wanted more control"
I used it after taking a bunch of photos from a weekend out, and at first I was happy because the pictures came out nice. But once I started trying to tweak them a bit, I ran into the editing tools and felt kind of stuck. The options were basic, and a few things were more annoying to adjust than I expected. It’s okay if you just want simple edits, but I definitely wished there was more flexibility.

"We used Magic Memories after our day..."
We used Magic Memories after our day out, and my first reaction when I saw the queue was, “Oh no, not this.” We ended up waiting quite a while just to view and buy the photos, and it really felt like they needed more staff helping out.

The photos themselves were nice enough, and the person serving us was friendly, even if they seemed a bit rushed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the long wait took some of the fun out of it, so I’d say 3 stars from me.

"Nice Photos, But Coverage Felt Uneven"
When I looked through the photos, I was really happy with the ones they did get of us—they came out nice and captured some great moments. That said, as I went through the full gallery, I noticed the coverage felt a little random. Some parts of the event had tons of photos, while other moments I expected to see were missing. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all, I just wish everything had been covered a bit more evenly.

"Voucher worked, but not super smooth"
I used my voucher on magicmemories.com and in the end it did work, so that was good. The site was a bit confusing to me and also slow, and two tries I had to do before it finally accepted it. The photos were fine, not really amazing or anything. Overall it was okay, just smoother it could definitely be.

"Good photo options, but I’m a little less sure now"
They had a good range of photo options, which I liked since it wasn’t just the usual basic print. I found what I wanted easily and picked a size that worked well. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out, but a couple small things in the process made me trust them a bit less than I expected

The photos turned out nice, and I’m glad I have them for the memories, but I don’t know... actually, the more I think about it, the price felt a bit too high for just a few digital pictures. I bought them anyway because I wanted to keep the moment, but it didn’t really feel like great value.

"Good overall, but consent options need work"
The photo handling itself was fine, no real complaints there. I just wish the consent choices were easier to notice and understand. Whoever runs this should really make those options more obvious instead of making people hunt around for them.
